Drop shadow used thru out is Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 75, Blur 5 and Color Black. Twice I used White rather than black. 

Make it your own....

Open new image 600 by 600 white background

Copy and paste Frame 3 

Resize 80%

Move slightly to top

Select inside frame with your magic wand

Selections-Modify-Expand 8

New Raster layer place it under the frame

Copy and paste into selection Paper 9

Select none

Adjust-Sharpness-Sharpen

Copy and paste Element 44

Resize 50% and place bottom Left

Drop Shadow

Copy and Paste Element 15

Mirror

Resize 70% and place bottom right

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste Element 9

Move below all layers but above your white background

Drop shadow

Copy and paste Element 41

Resize 50% and again at 80%

Place behind the frame layer and near the bottom

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste Element 60

Resize 50%

Place along top of image

Drop shadow

Copy and paste Element 52

Resize 30%

Place along upper part of image

Sharpen and Drop shadow

Add your Tube Resize and position as you like

I placed mine where she was sitting on the stump

Crop and resize the image to your liking..

Delete your White Background and Merge visible

I gave the whole tag one more drop shadow.

Add your name I used the font Forget Me Not

and added a Eye Candy glow.

Add your copyrights Save as a PNG and your done..
