Font use was Chicken Chorizo

Resizing and settings may be different. Please resize and use 

settings according to what you are happy with as each program can be different.

Drop shadow used thru out is Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 75, Blur 5 and Color Black.

Make it your own....

Open a new Image 600 by 600 with White Background

Open element 18

Copy and paste Resize 70%

Select frame middle with magic wand

Selections-Modify-Expand 5

Make a new raster layer under the frame

Copy and paste paper 15 into selection

Select none

Open element 36

Copy and paste Resize 50%

Sharpen and Drop shadow

Place about middle and lower of image

Open element 10

Copy and paste Resize 50%

Place right corner

Open element 5

Copy and paste resize 50%

Place bottom corner of the frame

Sharpen and Drop shadow

Open element 35

Copy and paste Resize 50%

Place top right

Drop shadow

Open element 62

Copy and paste Reszie 50% and again at 80%

Place bottom right under sign

Sharpen and drop shadow

Open element 64

Copy and paste Resize 80%

Place bottom left

Duplicate move slightly over

Duplicate the second one and move slightly over

Your making a leaf layer on bottom

Merge the 3 3 layers ONLY!

Drop shadow and make sure it is at the bottom but

above the white layer

Open element 30 

Copy and paste Resize 50%

Duplicate place each one on a corner top of frame

Drop shadow

Make sure they are above the white and leaves but below everything

else on the tag

Open element 29

Copy and paste Resize 50%

Place next to pumpkin and Drop shadow

Add your tube resize as needed and place to the left side of the tag

Crop off the excess if you want. Merge all layers except the white layer

Drop shadow the whole tag.

Delete the White layer

Add your copyright and your name

I used Chicken Chorizo font and added

a small Eye candy gradient and a drop shadow

Save as a PNG and your done.
